Account Registration

- Truthful Registration Data: You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. KYC documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. - Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). omgbdt does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you in connection with your payment method are your sole responsibility.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
- Dormant Account Funds: If your omgbdt account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, omgbdt reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from any remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
omgbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence over these general rules.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by omgbdt are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification and possible account closure.
- Bonus Validity: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire after the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically. omgbdt is not obliged to notify players individually when a bonus is about to expire.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Prohibited Conduct

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud & Identity Theft: Creating an account using another person's identity, submitting falsified KYC documents, or impersonating any individual or entity in connection with your omgbdt account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
- Money Laundering: Using omgbdt to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds, is strictly prohibited. omgbdt complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on omgbdt is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing cards in live poker, coordinating bets with other players, or any form of chip dumping.
- Software Exploitation: Using any automated software (bot), script, exploit, cheat tool, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the omgbdt platform itself is strictly prohibited.
- Chargeback Abuse: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank, or card issuer) for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on omgbdt constitutes fraud. Any player initiating an illegitimate chargeback will have their account permanently closed and the disputed amount will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using the same payment method across multiple accounts, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing omgbdt support staff or other players — whether via in-platform communication tools or any external channel — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
omgbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
- Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your omgbdt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.
- Suspension Pending Investigation: Where omgbdt has reasonable grounds to investigate potential fraud, identity fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these terms, the account may be suspended during the investigation period. Funds will be held during the suspension and released or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.
- Permanent Closure for Breach: If an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, omgbdt reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any balance associated with the breach. omgbdt will notify the player of this decision via the registered email address.

Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. - Effect of Closure on Pending Bets: Bets placed before account closure or suspension that have not yet been settled will be settled according to the normal settlement rules.
